Payment Policy

We require a 50% deposit, and the remainder is due 30 days prior to event

We accept Paypal (transaction fees may apply), Zelle, and checks by mail.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

All deposits and final payments are non-refundable. However, we are happy to move your deposit to a rescheduled date/event one time. If your event is rescheduled a second time, a second deposit will be required. WE DO NOT REFUND ANY TRANSACTION FEES.

What are cold sparks?

Cold sparks, otherwise known as "sparkler fountains," are NOT pyrotechnics. They are non-flammable, pyrotechnic simulators that reach a maximum temperature of 62 degrees. Our machines shoot beautiful golden sparks into the air up to 10 feet high, and emit little to no smoke.

Are the cold sparks timed? How long do we get with them?

Unlike large-scale pyrotechnic companies, our sparks are not on a timer! We hold the power and what that means for you is: we want you to take your time. Investing money in the last event of your big night is a big deal! We want you to twirl, jump, dip, kiss, and all the things to get your picture perfect moment with the love of your life. Do you need to be licensed & insured for cold sparks?

YES! Texas requires cold spark operators to be licensed, and have the appropriate insurance and permits (if applicable) to meet the requirements of the fire marshall and the venue.

What areas do you serve?

Our company is based in Fredericksburg, TX, but we serve the whole hill country area which includes Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding areas. However, we would be happy to travel further depending on location, and with the appropriate travel fees.

Do you offer the "add-ons" by themselves?

Unfortunately we do not, they are only offered as add-ons to our cold spark packages.
